Before you reserve one of our kayaks, read through these four frequently asked questions so you know what to expect when venturing out on the Jordanelle Reservoir.

1. How Long Can I Rent a Kayak?

We offer three different rental options to accommodate various schedules and activity levels. If you only have enough time for an hour or two on the water, we offer kayak rentals for one or two hours at a time. For watercraft enthusiasts who want to get the most out of their kayaking time, we offer four-hour rentals.  

2. What Type of Kayaks Do You Have?

Our kayaks can seat one or two people and are great for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Because they are the sit-on-top type of kayak, they offer more stability, especially when entering or exiting the watercraft.

3. How Much Is Due When I Make My Reservation?

When you reserve a kayak or two, 50% of the total reservation fee is due. We do not offer refunds on deposits for any reason, including weather, but we can reschedule your kayak rental for another time during the same year or season.

4. What Should I Bring with Me When Kayaking?

We recommend bringing sunscreen and water bottles to be protected from the sun and remain hydrated in the hot weather. Lifejackets are included with each rental. If you forgot your water bottle, sunscreen, or other items, we have a general store stocked with anything you may need for a day on the water.
