Cancellations
No cancellations inside of 7 days without penalty. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are void from any kind of refund.
Optional TripSafe Cancellation Protection (added at checkout) lets you cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before check-in for a full credit, refund, or reschedule. See full rental policies.
Weather
No refunds are given due to weather, but you may reschedule to a different date and time if available.
Fuel
Fuel is not included in rental prices and will be charged after the rental.
Security deposit
A credit card hold of up to $3,000.00 is required for all motorized equipment rentals. The hold is released once the vessel has been checked back in and staff has verified its condition.
Park entrance
Guests are responsible for the park entrance fee, which is not included with the rental.
Beaching & passenger swaps
Beaching is expressly prohibited. Maintain at least 150 feet from shore at all times. Passenger swaps happen at the dock — not on the beach.
Your belongings
Jordanelle Rentals & Marina is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings left in rental equipment or nearby surroundings.
