Cancellations
No cancellations inside of 7 days without penalty. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are void from any kind of refund.
Add TripSafe Cancellation Protection to your reservation at checkout. With TripSafe, you may cancel your reservation for any reason up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in or arrival time and receive a full credit, deposit refund, or the option to reschedule your trip.
- Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are not eligible for refunds.
- TripSafe Cancellation Protection is not valid for reservations made within 24 hours of the rental start time.
- The TripSafe Protection Fee is non-refundable.
Weather
No refunds are given due to weather, but you may reschedule to a different date and time if available.
Security deposit
A credit card hold of up to $3,000.00 is required for all motorized equipment rentals. The hold is released once the vessel has been checked back in and staff has verified its condition.
Fuel
Fuel is not included in rental prices and will be charged after the rental.
Park entrance
Guests are responsible for the park entrance fee, which is not included with the rental.
On the water
Beaching is expressly prohibited — maintain at least 150 feet from shore at all times, and handle passenger swaps at the dock, not on the beach. Life jackets are included, and children must be supervised by an adult.
Your belongings
Jordanelle Rentals & Marina is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings left in rental equipment or nearby surroundings.
